With over 15 years of experience focused on population wellbeing and the wider determinants of health, I am a passionate advocate for the Health in All Policies (HiAP) approach, dedicated to creating healthy streets and food environments that support vibrant, resilient communities.
As a proud mother of two vivacious daughters, I am committed to building inclusive, safe spaces where all children can flourish. I want to see neighbourhoods where children play freely on the streets, walk, cycle, and scoot to school, and connect with nature by digging in the soil. I want to see breastfeeding normalised, workplaces that promote wellbeing, and neighbourhoods with accessible amenities like public toilets and seating, making local areas welcoming for everyone.
My expertise lies in maximising strategic opportunities to reduce health inequalities through place-based solutions that address the wider determinants of health.

I’m a public health specialist committed to promoting better mental health and wellbeing for everyone. I am passionate about reducing health inequalities that affect the most vulnerable in society and dedicated to reducing stigma around mental health, and to ensuring parity of importance between physical and mental health.
At BEO Health, I'm the lead expert on analytics and epidemiology, informing evidence-based decision-making, guiding policy development, and driving strategic interventions to address public health challenges.
Outside of the office, I am most likely to be found picking up lego pieces, tricking my toddlers into eating their broccoli, or on a rugby field. In fact, I will happily talk about health inequalities or rugby (or both) for hours if unchecked.
The team at BEO Health brings extensive public health experience across local government, academia, healthcare and the third sector. As a nimble organisation, we pride ourselves on our capacity to swiftly respond and adapt to the unique needs of our clients. Our commitment to excellence is underscored by our rigorous project management processes, ensuring the successful planning, execution, and completion of projects within established timelines and budgets.

The real Living Wage is the only rate calculated according to the costs of living. It provides a voluntary benchmark for employers that wish to ensure their staff earn a wage they can live on, not just the government minimum. Since 2011 the Living Wage movement has delivered a pay rise to over 460,000 people and put £3 billion extra into the pockets of low paid workers.
